Wiring for basements, remodels and additions
New circuits, outlets and alarms wired by a licensed electrician between framing and drywall, inspected before we close the walls.
EV charger circuits
A dedicated 240-volt Level 2 circuit, sized to your charger and checked against what your panel can actually carry.
Plumbing
Fixtures, water heaters and basement rough-in, performed by Utah-licensed plumbers and scheduled by LSG around the rest of your project.

Faucets, toilets, sinks and showers set by a licensed plumber as part of your remodel, timed to the tile and cabinets.

Tank and tankless units, strapped for seismic code and set up for the hard water this valley runs on.

Drains, vents and supply lines run by a licensed plumber, with the under-slab work cut and re-poured by our own concrete crew.
