Heavy snow, steep lots and a short building season shape every project, and many neighbourhoods have HOAs with architectural review; Old Town has its own historic design guidelines. We plan for those approvals up front. Interior remodels run year-round, while landscaping and exterior work wait for the snow to clear, with plants chosen for a mountain climate rather than the valley.
