Draper runs from flat subdivisions on the west side up to larger hillside homes near Corner Canyon and SunCrest. The hillside houses tend to be bigger, with walkout basements and outdoor living space built into the slope, and owners here usually want a finished basement or a kitchen remodel done to a higher standard. SunCrest, up on the ridge, gets far more snow and wind than the valley floor, which changes when we can schedule outdoor work.
